This emperical research conducted 2003, is intended to test the hyphothesis about the influences of performance measurement system, reward system, TQM, the performance measurement system and TQM interaction, and the reward system and TQM interaction to managerial performance of PT. Telkom Divre V Surabaya. The research design is survey and quantitative approach with 54 samples of number of senior managers and staff of the total population 90 persons. It uses the multiple regression method to test heypothesis. The result of the research is fail to reject Ho5, meaning that the reward system and TQM interaction have no significant influnce to the managerial performance. The other five are approved of received by the test. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris yang dilakukan pada tahun 2003, yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh variabel sistem pengukuran, sistem penghargaan, TQM, interaksi TQM dengan sistem pengukuran kinerja dan interaksi TQM dengan sistem penghargaan terhadap kinerja managerial PT. Telkom Divre V Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survey. Responden adalah senior manajer dan staff dengan sampel berjumlah 54 orang dari total populasi 90 orang. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa gagal menolak Ho5, artinya interaksi sistem penghargaan (X2) dengan TQM (X3) pengaruhnya tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Sedangkan lima hipotesis lainnya terbukti. Kata kunci: TQM, sistem pengukuran kinerja, sistem penghargaan, dan kinerja manajerial.Downloads
