About the Journal

Jurnal Akuntansi dan Keuangan (JAK) or Accounting and Finance Journal (AFJ) (e-ISSN 2338-8137) is a peer-reviewed academic journal, published biannually in May and November by Petra Christian University, Indonesia. JAK is dedicated to advancing knowledge in the fields of accounting and finance by encouraging scholarly discourse on a wide range of topics. These include, but are not limited to, financial accounting and securities markets, management accounting, accounting information systems, auditing, and taxation.

Each submission undergoes a rigorous peer review process to ensure the publication of high-quality research that contributes to both academic and professional communities. The journal proudly maintains accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, under Decree No. 295/C/C3/KPT/2026.

JAK welcomes manuscripts from researchers, academics, and practitioners, fostering an environment where innovative ideas in accounting and finance are shared and developed.
