By focusing on fundamental and technical analysis, this study attempts to deeply understand a company's financial performance, including aspects such as profitability, solvency, and valuation, as well as track stock price movements in the market. The results of this study show that there is variation in performance among the companies studied. Several companies such as MTDL, MLPT, and MCAS stand out with solid fundamental performance and promising growth potential in the future. On the other hand, other companies such as EMTK and ATIC show performance that tends to fluctuate or even weak in some aspects. Thus, the conclusion that can be drawn from this study is the importance of considering both fundamental and technical analysis before making investment decisions. Investors need to thoroughly understand the financial performance of the companies they are considering, as well as pay attention to external factors that can affect stock price movements. The combination of fundamental analysis that includes parameters such as profitability, solvency, and valuation, with technical analysis that observes patterns in stock price movements, can provide a more complete and in-depth picture for investors in making their investment decisions.

Keywords: Investment, Stocks, Fundamental analysis, Technical analysis

Copyright (c) https://jurnalakuntansi.petra.ac.id/index.php/aku/article/view/28216 The Effect Of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Performance on Foreign Investement in Non-Financial Companies 2024-04-23T13:37:28+07:00 Meythi Meythi meythi@eco.maranatha.edu
This study analyzes the impact of ecological, social, and administration (ESG) execution on unfamiliar direct interest in non-monetary organizations. These conditions provide space for banks to seek alternative income through fee-based activities and are considered to increase banking profitability(Gilbert, Meyer et al. 2013).The main problem is moral hazard; carrying out OBS activities becomes excessive. We tested the effect and modelled the non-linear relationship between banking off-balance sheet activity and bank risk with the sample characteristics of large and small banks in Indonesia. Our results confirm that there is a non-linear relationship between OBS and risk. The main implication that we get is that not all OBS activities have an impact on bank risk. What is interesting from our findings is related to the directions of OBS’ influence on bank risk, which so far has always had two perspectives and two different conditions; positive and negative. Our results show that each OBS instrument can, of course, have a positive as well as a negative effect on bank risk (concave and convex), depending very much on the size of the bank. Finally, based on the results of this study, it is proven that small-capitalization banks are more sensitive or responsive to bank risk compared to large-capitalization banks.
Copyright (c) https://jurnalakuntansi.petra.ac.id/index.php/aku/article/view/28148 DETERMINANTS OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ON STOCK RETURNS THROUGH FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND COMPANY SIZE 2024-04-01T01:01:33+07:00 Riyanto Setiawan Suharsono riyantosetiawan@unmuhjember.ac.id
This research aims to analyze the determinants of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance on Company Stock Returns with Financial Performance and Company Size as Mediator and Intervening. The other impact resulted in minor results in the field of taxation, namely a decrease in tax revenues, especially local tax revenues. Thus, local governments are required to adapt by making policies to implement local tax revenues in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The policies carried out by each Regency / City have differences with adjusted conditions for their respective regencies / cities, this can be seen from the intensification and extension strategies carried out by local governments in an effort to optimize regional tax revenues. Measuring the effectiveness of regional tax and regional retribution is very important to see fluctuations in improving regional tax management and regional retribution during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. However, research rarely investigates the impact of other comprehensive income (OCI) in the context of fair value accounting. This research finds that the overall accumulated OCI does not have a significant effect on earnings management and earnings smoothing. However, analysis of OCI components reclassified to net income shows a negative influence. The research gap lies in the lack of exploration regarding the specific impacts of OCI components that need further research. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data analysis from company financial reports on the IDX. The findings highlight the importance of understanding how management decisions in asset realization can modify the impact of OCI on earnings management. Research with this title has been widely researched but still has mixed results, ranging from positive relationships, negative relationships, neutral, or no relationship. This research model is explanatory research with quantitative design. Data in the study used company financial statements and CSR scores. The study's target is Indonesian firms listed on IDX because the implementation of CSR by companies in Indonesia continues to increase over time. The analysis tool used is simple linear regression. The sample in the research was taken by purposive sampling method, while the criteria of the sample were companies registered with IDX and had complete CSR values and financial statements. From the research conducted, it might be concluded that CSR has no effect on financial performance.
